Community Guidelines
The baseline for sharing useful AI building knowledge while keeping the community respectful, practical, and safe.
Last updated: July 13, 2026
Build in public with care
PromptPal Community is for practical prompts, context patterns, MCP servers, implementation notes, and candid discussion from people building with AI.
Share work that helps another builder understand the goal, constraints, model assumptions, tradeoffs, and measurable outcome.
- Explain what the prompt, workflow, server, or critique is meant to do.
- Include relevant context, limitations, and setup requirements.
- Credit sources, authors, tools, or prior work when your post depends on them.
Respect members and their work
Treat other members as collaborators. Direct critique at the idea, artifact, or implementation, not the person behind it.
- Do not harass, threaten, insult, or target people or groups.
- Do not publish private information, credentials, secrets, or confidential material.
- Do not impersonate another person, company, product, or community member.
Keep shared content safe and useful
Prompts and AI workflows can create real operational risk. Posts should avoid instructions that enable abuse, unauthorized access, fraud, malware, evasion, or other harmful activity.
- Do not share API keys, tokens, private datasets, customer data, or sensitive personal data.
- Do not submit spam, scams, deceptive links, low-effort promotion, or unrelated content.
- Mark uncertainty clearly when a pattern is experimental, model-specific, or not production tested.
Report problems
Use reporting tools when content appears unsafe, abusive, misleading, infringing, or off topic. Reports help moderators review content without escalating public conflict.
We may remove content, limit distribution, restrict accounts, or take other action when content violates these guidelines or the Terms of Service.
Moderation and enforcement
Moderation decisions consider context, severity, repeat behavior, and risk to members or the wider PromptPal service.
We may update these guidelines as the community and product evolve. Continued use of PromptPal Community means you agree to follow the current guidelines.
