Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PromptPal Community. By using the community, you agree to these terms and to the Community Guidelines.

PromptPal Community is part of the broader PromptPal service. Some account, billing, workspace, and product features may also be governed by the main PromptPal Terms of Service.

Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must provide accurate account information and may not use PromptPal Community to impersonate another person or organization.

Community content

You retain ownership of prompts, discussions, comments, MCP server submissions, profile information, and other content you submit.

By posting content, you grant PromptPal a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and use that content to operate, improve, promote, and protect PromptPal Community.

• Public posts may be visible to visitors, members, search engines, and other services.
• You are responsible for having the rights needed to share content you submit.
• Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, private credentials, or regulated data unless the product explicitly supports that use.

Acceptable use

You may not use PromptPal Community to violate law, infringe rights, attack systems, deceive users, distribute malware, spam members, or create unsafe AI workflows.

We may remove content, reduce visibility, suspend access, or terminate accounts when needed to enforce these terms, the Community Guidelines, or product security.

Votes, saves, comments, follows, and reports

Community interactions help rank, organize, and moderate content. We may use votes, saves, comments, follows, reports, and related activity signals to operate recommendations, trust systems, notifications, and abuse prevention.

Do not manipulate rankings, coordinate fake engagement, abuse reporting tools, or interfere with moderation workflows.

Service changes and availability

PromptPal Community may change over time. We may add, remove, or modify features, content formats, ranking systems, or access requirements.

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of every post, or suitability for a specific use case.

Disclaimers and liability

Community content is created by members and may be incomplete, inaccurate, experimental, or unsuitable for production use. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any prompt, workflow, or server before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptPal is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of PromptPal Community.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by the last updated date or other reasonable notice.
